Eh Plus Class Pack Policy – Last Updated – June 26, 2023
- i) All holders of Eh Plus English Education Inc. Eh Plus Class Packs must abide to the following terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in the invalidation of the Eh Plus Class Pack belonging to the offender as well as the formal withdrawal of all educational services previously available to the offending student by Eh Plus English Education Inc.
- ii) The purchasing of an Eh Plus Class Pack from Eh Plus English Education Inc. entitles the purchaser to receive instruction with a monetary value equaling that of the monetary value of the Class Pack as indicated on the Eh Plus Class Pack.
- iii) Eh Plus English Education Inc. holds the right to change the time, availability and hourly rate of classes that can be paid for with an Eh Plus Class Pack.
- iv) Eh Plus English Education Inc.’s Eh Plus Class Packs are nontransferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
- v) Eh Plus English Education Inc.’s Eh Plus Class Pack become nonrefundable 7 calendar days after purchase. Prior to this 7 day period, Class Packs can be refunded, with a prorated amount based on the number of classes remaining. This does not apply to Subscription Class Packs.
- vi) Only Class Packs that have been purchased from Eh Plus English Education Inc. or an authorized agent of Eh Plus English Education will be considered valid.
- vii) Eh Plus Class Packs that have been resold to a third party will not be honored by Eh Plus English Education Inc.
- viii) Students can cancel classes they have registered no later than 3 hours before the class start time using Eh Plus English Education Inc.’s online class registration service.
- ix) Only cancellations that meet the requirements of term viii) will be accepted.
- x) Students with Class Packs that repeatedly violate the cancellation policy outlined in term viii) are subject to various remedies, up to and including cancellation of the Class Pack at the sole discretion of Eh Plus English Education Inc.
- xi)Class Packs must be taken before their expiry date, as displayed on the My Balance page, and as shown at the time of purchase.
- xii)Subscription Class Packs are strictly nonrefundable.
- xiii) Eh Plus may change the fees charged to you for the Services at any time, provided that, for Services billed on a subscription basis, the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle of your Subscription. Eh Plus will provide you with 14 days’ notice of any change in fees.
Eh Plus 7 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy – Last Updated – March 23, 2022
- i) You can request a refund of your unused classes if the following conditions are met:
- 1) You have purchased your first Class Pack less than 7 days ago. Subsequent Class Pack purchases are not applicable.
- 2) You have taken less than 4 classes.
- ii) A refund will be provided via the original point of purchase for the remaining unused classes within 5-7 business days.
Eh Plus Improve Your English Guarantee Policy – Last Updated – March 23, 2022
- i) You will be entitled to a full refund on your Class Pack purchase if you do not increase one English level, as assessed by Eh Plus English teachers through the Eh Plus English level system.
- ii) You can request a refund if the following conditions are met:
- 1) You must have taken 100% of the classes in your Class Pack before your expiry date.
- 2) If you book classes and do not attend (no-show) you are not eligible for a refund.
- 3) You must not have increased one level according to the Eh Plus English level system at the time when your Class Balance is 0.
- iii) If you are on a weekly subscription, you can request a refund if the following conditions are met:
- 1) You must have taken at least 14 classes in your Class Pack before your expiry date.
- 2) If you book classes and do not attend (no-show) you are not eligible for a refund.
- 3) You must not have increased one level according to the Eh Plus English level system after taking 14 classes.
Eh Plus Love Each Class Guarantee Policy – Last Updated – March 25, 2022
- i) If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the class, contact us and you can retake the class.
- ii) If you no-show to a class, you cannot request to take it again.
- iii) Reasonable requests for a class retake will be granted. Repeated requests can be denied at the sole discretion of Eh Plus English.
