Don’t Know and Your

Jeness: Boy, am I annoyed. I texted you, but you didn’t answer! I asked you if you want to grab some oysters.

Patrick: No, I don’t. I’m annoyed you would even ask me that. I don’t eat oysters.

Jeness: Why not?

Patrick: I don’t know….they’re slimy and oily. Plus, oyster bars are always really noisy. I hate noise and loud voices. Oh, and I’m a vegetarian.

Jeness: Okay, well it’s your choice, but did you know that meat is really good for you? I make a point to eat meat everyday, so I can have lots of energy.

Patrick: I don’t know who told you that meat is healthy. Did your friends tell you that? Did you know that you can eat soy instead? I recommend you try tofu!

Jeness: Tofu? I don’t know how to cook it…

Patrick: It’s easy! You can boil it, fry it, or bake it. I need you to try it. You’d enjoy it!

Jeness: Hmm, okay….What else do you eat?

Patrick: Pretty much anything that’s grown in soil. Honestly, if I were you, I would feel really guilty about eating meat.

Jeness: God you’re so annoying! You’re spoiling meat for me. I’ll never be able to enjoy a pork loin again!

Patrick: I never required you to stop eating meat. I just wanted your eating habits to change a bit.

Jeness: I told you that I don’t want to be a vegetarian, but you’re still trying to convince me. Well, now that my original plans are destroyed, do you want to grab a pint?

Patrick: I would be overjoyed! Beer is definitely in my diet.
